Currently a Senior at Hillsdale High School, Kamaria is truly a supernova. Passionate from a young age about writing and storytelling, Kamaria has an impressive background working with many different groups to learn more about her craft. As an Editor-in-Chief of the Mollusk Literary Magazine, a mentee for WriteGirl and Girls Write Now, and enrollment in programs such as the Kenyon Review and Juniper Young Writers workshops, Kamaria has demonstrated a rare talent in the arts. We could not be more proud to welcome Kamaria into the 2024 JFY Scholar cohort and bear witness to her interstellar voyage!
