Jordy Pascual (she/her) is the County of San Mateo Jobs for Youth Manager. She is passionate about making a positive impact in her community and empowering youth to embody their unique gifts as they explore career paths that will bring them joy. Jordy is dedicated to mentoring youth, encouraging them to embrace their authentic selves, and creating a supportive space where they can grow, explore, and thrive. She champions youth voices and is committed to helping them build confidence as they pursue their goals.
Carlos (he/him/él) is a graduate from the University of San Francisco’s M.S. in Organizational Development program, where he also did his undergraduate studies, double majoring in Management and Spanish. He is passionate about creating lasting, positive change and dismantling exploitative systemic issues in San Mateo County and beyond. Carlos has been with Jobs for Youth since August of 2022, and loves overseeing the program’s workshop offerings and community outreach. Carlos is passionate about education, teaching, and mentoring, so being able to facilitate career development workshops for the County’s youth is extremely fulfilling for him. Outside of work, Carlos is extremely passionate about soccer, exercise, music, and gaming – oh, and eating!
