It's going to be a whole llama fun!

37th Annual Fundraising Breakfast

May 16, 2019

7:30 am – 9:00 am

Crowne Plaza
Foster City

This year, we have a whole llama things to celebrate.

We have wonderful Jobs for Youth supporters like you. We have two passionate, hardworking new staff members. And, most importantly, we have 20 new Jobs for Youth Scholars to celebrate!

You read that right: 20! On May 16, 2019, 20 brilliant San Mateo County youth will be receiving $1500 for college and vocational training. And we want you to come celebrate with us! We’ll have breakfast. And speeches from local leaders. And delicious coffee. Lots and lots of delicious coffee.

We’ll also have llamas. They may or may not be real.

When you join us for our celebration, every dollar of your ticket* will go directly to our scholarship fund. That’s right. You’ll get to celebrate with us AND 100% of your ticket cost will fund a Jobs for Youth Scholarship.

Now that’s what we call a wool-y good deal. So good it might make you do a spit-take.**

*All donations, minus standard PayPal processing fees, directly fund Jobs for Youth Scholarships. Don’t want to pay for processing? If you’re purchasing a Breakfast ticket or table, fill out the Ticket Reservation Form or Table Reservation Form. If you’re making a donation, fill out the Donation Form. Then address your check to the Al Teglia Jobs for Youth Scholarship Fund and mail it to County of San Mateo Jobs for Youth, Human Resources Department, 455 County Center, 5th Floor, Redwood City, CA 94063.

**Llama puns included at no extra cost.

Want to fund a Scholarship, but can’t make it to the Breakfast? No prob-llama! You can donate instead!

We know everyone says this, but every dollar truly counts. Your donation will help change a life. And bonus: It’s tax deductible to the fullest extent allowed by law. Now that’s what we call a win-win scenario.
