Full job description
Oil Change & Lube Services
- Perform fast, accurate oil and filter changes
- Service conventional, synthetic blend, and full synthetic oil
- Replace oil filters, air filters, cabin air filters, wiper blades, and other maintenance items
- Perform fluid top-offs and basic vehicle inspections
- Operate fluid exchange and maintenance equipment
- Check and maintain proper fluid levels
- Follow manufacturer service recommendations
- Inspect vehicles for visible maintenance or safety concerns and communicate findings to the customer
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Tire Technician Responsibilities
- Mount and dismount passenger vehicle tires
- Perform tire repairs and puncture repairs when appropriate
- Rotate tires and perform tire pressure checks
- Balance tires
- Inspect tires for tread wear, damage, and safety concerns
- Install new tires properly and safely
- Perform mobile tire service when needed
- Properly use tire-changing and balancing equipment
- Follow all shop safety procedures
Customer Service
- Greet customers professionally and provide a positive experience
- Explain recommended services clearly and honestly
- Answer basic questions about vehicle maintenance
- Treat every customer’s vehicle with care
- Help create the fast, friendly experience Perfect Lube is known for
What We’re Looking For
Required:
- Automotive service or tire experience preferred
- Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance
- Ability to safely use automotive tools and equipment
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift, bend, kneel, and work on your feet throughout the day
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Professional attitude and appearance
Pay: $18.00 – $23.00 per hour
