Job Summary
We’re looking for a reliable, organized, tech‑savvy coordinator to support both our daily shop operations and our digital presence. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a calm, friendly work environment, loves dogs, and is comfortable switching between hands‑on shop tasks and online marketing work.
Responsibilities
- Operational oversight: opening/closing, hygiene checks, shift coordination, and customer communication.
- Digital marketing execution: content creation, social media management, exposure and retention marketing, community engagement, and partnership outreach.
- Client communication: monitoring missed calls, texts, and booking requests across multiple platforms
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of content creation, copywriting, social media management, and graphic design principles.
- Excellent communication skills with an eye for detail; capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
