Core Responsibilities

Customer Experience & Hospitality

• Provide warm, respectful, and attentive customer service
• Create a welcoming, positive, and professional environment
• Represent the café with pride, professionalism, and integrity

Food & Ice Cream Preparation

• Assist in producing our ultra-premium gourmet ice cream and preparing menu items
• Scoop and serve ice cream with care and excellent presentation
• Prepare food items according to safety and quality standards
• Maintain clean, organized, and sanitary preparation areas

Operations & Responsibility

• Accurately operate the register and handle transactions responsibly
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the café
• Follow operational procedures and uphold quality standards
• Contribute to a smooth, efficient, and professional work environment

Creative & Growth Opportunities (Based on Interest and Ability)

• Assist with events and community programming
• Support marketing, social media, and creative initiatives
• Contribute ideas for displays, promotions, and creative projects
• Grow into leadership or management roles over time
