Front of House Team Member – Naya Dessert Cafe
Pay: $18.60/hour + tips
Full-Time & Part-Time Available
Naya Dessert Cafe – San Mateo is hiring friendly and reliable team members to join our opening team! We expect to open in late September or early October.
This position is a great opportunity for college students and anyone looking for a flexible part-time job. We are hiring for both lunch and dinner shifts. Applicants should be available for some lunch shifts and more dinner shifts, as our busiest hours are in the evening. Availability from approximately 5:00 PM until closing at 12:00 AM is strongly preferred. Please let us know your availability when applying:

What you’ll do:
- Provide friendly and welcoming customer service
- Take customer orders and process payments
- Prepare and serve bingsu, desserts, and drinks
- Keep the front area clean and organized
- Restock front-of-house supplies
- Work together with the team during busy shifts
- Help create a welcoming experience for every customer
Experience preferred, but not required! We’re happy to train you. We care more about having a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, reliability, and a willingness to learn.
