Job Summary
We are opening a new pâtisserie café focused on high-quality pastries,, and a simple coffee program. We are looking for friendly, reliable Barista & Cashier team members to help create a warm and welcoming guest experience from day one.
Role Overview:
This role is a combination of barista and cashier responsibilities. You’ll be the face of the café preparing coffee, handling orders, and ensuring every guest has a positive experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare espresso-based drinks and maintain coffee quality standards
- Take customer orders and handle transactions accurately
- Provide friendly, efficient, and professional service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front area
- Restock display and support daily café operations
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen and front-of-house team
Requirements
- Previous barista or café experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of espresso drinks and coffee workflow is a plus
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability, including weekends
Pay: $22.00 – $25.00 per hour
