About the Role

We’re looking for team members who care deeply about craft, hospitality, and teamwork.

Our baristas are trusted to deliver exceptional beverages, provide genuine hospitality, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and support the overall flow of the cafe. We value people who take ownership, communicate clearly, stay coachable, and consistently show up ready to contribute.

What You’ll Do Deliver Exceptional Coffee & Craft

  • Prepare espresso beverages, brewed coffee, tea, and food items according to company standards
  • Follow recipes, beverage builds, and quality standards consistently
  • Maintain strong attention to detail and quality control
  • Monitor product levels and proactively restock supplies before they become urgent
  • Protect beverage quality by ensuring every drink meets standards before handoff

Create Outstanding Hospitality

  • Welcome and acknowledge guests promptly
  • Build genuine connections through friendly and professional service
  • Guide guests through menu offerings and product recommendations
  • Maintain awareness of guest needs throughout service
  • Ensure every handoff is accurate, confident, and welcoming

Support Efficient Cafe Operations

  • Work with urgency while maintaining accuracy and composure
  • Manage station responsibilities and contribute to smooth cafe flow
  • Communicate effectively with teammates regarding inventory, guest needs, support requests, and operational priorities
  • Anticipate needs and assist where support is needed most
  • Help reduce bottlenecks and maintain efficient service during busy periods

Maintain Cleanliness & Organization

  • Keep workstations clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout the shift
  • Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
  • Complete opening, mid-shift, and closing responsibilities thoroughly
  • Leave stations prepared for the next teammate and shift
  • Contribute to a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests and coworkers

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous coffee, hospitality, food service, or retail experience preferred but not required.
  • Passion for coffee, hospitality, and guest experience is a must
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Willingness to learn, receive feedback, and continuously improve.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
