Water Lily Coffee is looking for a friendly, reliable Part-Time Barista to join our coffee cart team. We serve thoughtfully crafted coffee with warmth, positivity, and hospitality, creating meaningful moments through every cup.

Schedule:

• Monday–Thursday: 7:30 AM – 11:30 AM
• Friday: 8:30 AM – 10:30 AM

(Consistent morning hours)

MUST HAVE CAR

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve high-quality espresso drinks and specialty beverages
• Provide warm, welcoming customer service
• Set up and break down the coffee cart efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace
• Represent the Water Lily Coffee brand with professionalism and positivity

What We’re Looking For:

• Barista or coffee experience preferred (but willing to train the right person)
• Friendly, calm, and dependable personality
• Comfortable working independently in a morning service environment
• Strong attention to detail and time management
• Passion for coffee, community, and creating a great experience
