We offer a variety of job training workshops ranging from Soft Skills for Success to Best Employment Practices to provide youth with tools when embarking on a career that is meaningful to them.
The Jobs for Youth Summer Internship Program places JFY Members aged 18-21 in County Departments for 8-10 weeks. Internship opportunities are available in a wide variety of different disciplines. Please visit the Internships page for further details!
We maintain a job board page on our website with employment, internship, & volunteer opportunities that are geared towards youth throughout the County of San Mateo.
Each year, we provide twenty $2,000 scholarships to youth who need support embarking on their higher education journey.
