Alondra is full of determination. Focused on advancing her education in the medical field, Alondra has already begun the journey of reaching these goals. When only halfway through her high school years, Alondra received a scholarship to attend Stanford’s Clinical Summer Internship program. It was during this experience that her dreams of eventually working in the medical field were forged. Now a Senior at Sequoia High School, Alondra has been a member of her school’s basketball team for four years, has been a leader of the Latinx Student Union and Key Club, and an overall leader in the community. We are grateful to have Alondra as a 2023 Al Teglia Scholar!
