Role Overview

Are you full of energy, great with kids, and looking for a fun, active job? We are an incredible 10,000 sq. ft. indoor playground built for kids 12 and under, and we’re hiring an energetic Lead Event & Front Desk Host to join our team!

This is a dynamic, high-energy role perfect for someone looking for their first job or a great part-time opportunity. Our play structure is 3 stories tall, so you’ll be on your feet, climbing, crawling, bending, and heavy lifting alongside the fun. From welcoming families during open play to leading the room for private weekend parties, you’ll be the spark that gives every child a joyful, unforgettable experience.

Position: Lead Event & Front Desk Host

Shifts Available: Weekday Afternoons (11:30 AM – 4:00 PM) & Weekend Party Shifts

What You’ll Do

  • Front Desk & Welcoming: Warmly greet families as they arrive, handle check-ins using our online system, and verify required safety waivers.
  • Party Leadership: Serve as the ultimate party host! You must be confident making loud, enthusiastic public announcements and running private events smoothly from start to finish.
  • Active Facility Care: Keep our play space safe and sparkling. You’ll participate in total-facility sanitization every 2 hours and actively navigate our 3-story play structure (climbing, crawling, and physical upkeep required).
  • Joyful Experience: Bring high energy, positivity, and exceptional service to make every visit memorable for both kids and parents.

What We’re Looking For

  • Physical Agility: Comfortable climbing, crawling, bending, lifting heavy items, and staying active on your feet.
  • Outgoing Personality: Loud, lively, and enthusiastic voice—you love being the center of attention and leading group activities.
  • Reliability: Punctual, attentive to safety details, and ready to work set afternoon or weekend party shifts.
