In two earlier blog posts, we shared with you the stories of Mary Paskevich and Carolyn Livengood who both served our community with generous hearts. These two Jobs for Youth sheros are honored annually with the Mary Paskevich/Carolyn Livengood Memorial Award. This special awards honors the contributions of community members who directly impact the lives of San Mateo County youth. The Mary Paskevich/Carolyn Livengood Memorial Award celebrates, rewards and promotes empowering San Mateo County youth, with the aim of inspiring more individuals to invest in the lives of our youth who are our future world changers. These are the proud award recipients and photos of some of them. Please comment, add photos of other recipients and help us share. Thank you!
