Duties:

• Greet customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
• Prepare and serve food and beverages following Vitality Bowls’ standards and recipes.
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the work area, including kitchen and dining spaces.
• Take customer orders, process payments, and handle customer inquiries efficiently.
• Follow food safety and health regulations to ensure safe food handling and cleanliness.
• Maintain inventory levels and assist with stock management.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and provide excellent service.
• Assist with opening and closing duties as needed.
• Provide a positive experience for customers, ensuring their satisfaction and encouraging repeat visits.
• Have a sense of urgency and ownership in your work, as if you were the customer.
• Handle allergies appropriately, following all training protocols to ensure customer safety.
• Be proactive and active in assisting the team and keeping the workflow moving efficiently.
