* Ability to provide delightful, attentive and hospitable service to all customers, regardless of race, gender, creed, sexual orientation, or presentation.

* Knowledge of customer service and hospitality techniques

* Organization and attention to detail

* Strong operational skills in a customer service environment

* Basic computer software proficiency required (Gmail Suite, Microsoft Office Suite)
