Full job description

Responsibilities:
– Greet and seat guests in a friendly and timely manner
– Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
– Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
– Ensure guest satisfaction by providing excellent customer service
– Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area
– Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely delivery of orders
– Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately

Qualifications:
– Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality preferred
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
– Basic math skills for handling payments and making change
– Ability to handle food safely and follow proper food handling procedures
– Excellent salesmanship to upsell menu items and promote specials
– Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with kitchen staff
– Strong guest relations skills to provide exceptional service

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.25 – $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 – 40 per week
