Job Description:
– Packaging and shipping
– Sorting mail
-Working with cash register
– Making copies
– Printing
– Mailbox services
– Binding/laminating
– Stocking merchandise
– Store cleanup and taking out trash
– Training will be provided
– Increased responsibilities and career advancement are achievable with proven performance
– Providing First Class customer service

Requirements:
– Detail-oriented
– Customer service oriented
– Have sales experience
– Can work well with others
– Able to up-sell and cross-sell customers
– Communicate effectively and clearly with customers
– Computer literate with MS Word, Excel, Acrobat and frequently used programs/services
– Able to lift 25-50 lbs.
– Must be able to work a flexible schedule if needed
– Trustworthy and reliable
– Have an open mind to learn

Nice to have:
– Previous UPS Store experience
– Previous retail experience
– Shipping & packaging experience a plus, but not required (will train)
– Notary license (will pay more for this)
– A background in either business/sales/marketing

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 – $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
