Role: Office Administrator
Where: San Mateo, California
Commitment: Hourly, 20-30 hours per week
Compensation: $25 per hour

ROLE OVERVIEW:

Beyond Type 1 is seeking an hourly Operations Associate to help support a growing and dynamic team across a range of administrative efforts, including shipping and packaging, supplies/inventory, and general administrative support.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee all packaging and shipping operations
  • Maintain general office operations
  • Manage customer and community inquiries
  • Provide general support across all business operations and administrative

IDEAL QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds (with or without an accommodation)
  • Experience managing packing and shipping operations
  • Able to keep track of inventory
  • Can handle a wide range of administrative related tasks
  • Self-starter who is able to work independently
  • Well organized, flexible and enjoys the challenges of supporting a fast-paced work environment
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
  • Must be able to work in-person
