Paul Martin’s American Grill is a neighborhood restaurant where genuine hospitality and dedication can lead to a lifetime career. We are a growing restaurant concept and are looking for enthusiastic team members to join our team. As a host, you will be an ambassador of our brand and ensure each guest has an extraordinary dining experience. If you have a great attitude, a love for great food, and a genuine commitment to providing gold-star customer service, then this job is for you.


  • Greet and quickly seat customers with exceptional customer service
  • Be knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the restaurant’s menu and specials
  • Answer phones, take reservations, and support other areas of the restaurant as requested


  • Have a passion and strong commitment to hospitality
  • Minimum one year working in a high volume, fast-paced restaurant or customer service position
  • Possess a positive, energetic, “can-do” attitude and spirit
  • Have excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
  • Be able to effectively communicate with team members and guests
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule
  • OpenTable experience is a plus
