Full Job Description
- Strong drive to produce Sales with Great Customer Service.
- Must be comfortable pursuing leads both internally and externally.
- Supports Monthly Marketing Goals
- Execute club/Gym and departmental policies through effective club communication systems.
- Communicate with management proactively on all matters relative to Gym operations, staff, and members.
- Resolve member issues using effective customer service skills.
- Participate in club and community events as needed.
- Passionate about Fitness
- Gym experience
- Wanting to move up into Management
- 25-45 hours a week.
- Opportunity to move up to Full-Time.
