Who We’re Looking For:

We’re hiring versatile staff who can handle a range of responsibilities and work as part of a fun, supportive team. Positions include several part-time and on-call hourly roles, plus one fulltime salaried Manager/Lead (or Manager in Training) role for those interested in taking on a leadership path.

Typical Responsibilities for Ice Cream Café Staff:

• Customer Service Excellence: Welcome every customer with warmth, friendliness, and respect. Take orders with a smile, answer questions, offer samples, and handle concerns with care to ensure a positive experience.
• Food and Ice Cream Preparation: Scoop and serve ice cream, prepare other menu items, and assist with the creative presentation of snacks and treats. Maintain food safety standards, proper handling, and storage.
• Cashiering and Point of Sale: Process transactions accurately, handle cash and card payments, and balance the cash register at the end of shifts.
• Merchandising and Promotions: Help create and display merchandise, assist with promotional materials, and contribute ideas for seasonal flavors or events.
• Social Media Support: For those interested, help capture and share exciting moments in the café to grow our social media presence.
• Organized and Cleanly Environment: Maintain a spotless workspace by cleaning tables, counters, windows, restrooms, and equipment. Keep everything tidy and inviting for customers.
