Hostess/Host

Overview
We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Host to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

Duties
– Greet guests as they arrive and thank them as they leave
– Manage reservations and seating arrangements
– Provide menus and assist with any initial inquiries
– Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and lobby area
– Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
– Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly

Experience
– Prior experience in a customer-facing role preferred
– Knowledge of POS systems, particularly Toast POS, is a plus
– Strong communication skills and phone etiquette
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
– Experience in the hospitality industry or guest services is advantageous
– Familiarity with food service or restaurant operations is beneficial

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 – $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 per week
