Full Job Description

Position Summary:

A froster will make frosting and frost all cakes according to Nothing Bundt Cakes standard and time guidelines. The froster is responsible in keeping the display case fully stocked, samples readily available and maintain appropriate par levels. It will be the froster’s responsibility to keep the frosting station clean, sanitized and running efficiently.

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

– Abide by all Nothing Bundt Cakes policies and procedures

– Uphold Nothing Bundt Cakes image and brand

– Assist other departments when necessary

– Communicate with management about equipment issues and maintenance needs

– Keep display case stocked with cakes and sample tray available for guests

– Maintain par levels of frosted cakes and frosting

– Frosting of all sizes of cakes

– Fold boxes and label containers

– Providing excellent customer experience to all guests of the bakery

– Keep frosting area clean and sanitized including tables, microwave, tool and equipment

– Track inventory of frosting material

– Communicate with management regarding daily frosting production

– Wash frosting equipment and tools, as needed

– Other duties as assigned

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
