Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate our store’s core values of leadership, integrity, grit, humility, and teamwork
• Providing genuine hospitality while quickly and accurately serving great food in a clean and safe environment
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code
• Prioritize people and find opportunities to provide care
• Be a good steward of all that is entrusted to you and genuinely serve others
• Stock inventory and maintain cleanliness
• Stay updated on new products/procedures, complete training and tasks as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Love serving and helping others
• Reliable and have positive attitude
• Able to lift and carry 10-30 lbs on a regular basis
• Able to stand for long periods of time
• Driven to excel
