Processes inbound inventory, sorts product for authentication and pricing, transports product to appropriate area and performs other related duties as assigned. The Ecommerce Media Associate directly reports to the Media Supervisor.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Uses Quality Control procedures to ensure that every item is received correctly.

Inspect and determine condition of media items based on customer satisfaction guidelines.

List items for online sale.

Sort media product and transport to appropriate area for authentication and pricing.

Prepare outbound shipments.

Transport product using carts.

Participate in all required training activities to acquire skills on the job.

Meet daily production goals.

Attend and participate in daily huddles.

Perform other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS & WORK EXPERIENCE:

High School /GED or equivalent

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Able to consistently lift up to 65lbs throughout the work shift

Able to stand on hard surfaces for an extended period of time

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

Read and write English proficiently, or have enrolled in and are on track to successfully complete an approved ESL program

Basic mathematical skills

Weekend, night and holiday work may be required

Ability to work respectfully and cooperatively with diverse group of individuals from a variety of educational, social and economic backgrounds

Respects and has knowledge of cultures, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientations and age groups other than one’s own, able to work effectively with all

Follow workplace quality and safety standards and contribute to a culture of safety

Receptive to feedback, willing to learn and embrace continuous improvement

Strive for high customer satisfaction, going out of the way to be helpful and pleasant

Able to work flexible hours including but not limited to weekend and holidays

Knowledge of how to safely operate and test household electronics
