This can be a troubling time to work in a customer facing role. At Shane Co., we take the health of both our employees and customers very seriously. As a Customer Service Associate you are frequently the last impression each guest has in their interaction with us and can make the difference between an amazing experience and an ordinary one. There is truly nothing “ordinary” about Shane Co. so this role is a critical one! You will assist our customers in finding the right payment plan, ensuring their purchase is presented beautifully, suggest appropriate pieces that complement their selections, provide information about our famous warranty, conduct inventory, inspect merchandise for quality control, stock our beautiful merchandise, assist with greeting guests, be part of the team working on our current curbside services, assist with the flow of work into and out of the jewelry shop to assure that the work is ready for pick-up by the customers in a timely manner, and perform inspections and cleaning support to maintain the beauty of our guests’ merchandise.

We will provide you with the training you need to be able to demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of our merchandise and systems, represent our brand, and create an exceptional store experience for each and every customer.   • A minimum of 1 year of experience providing a high level of customer service in a face to face environment. Prior experience with jewelry sales is not required… we will teach you!
  • You will interact with customers via the telephone, email and in person so great communication and interpersonal skills are a must.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Intermediate skills with Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Demonstrated ability with math: Adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing.
  • Genuine enjoyment in providing great service.
  • Energetic team player.
  • Must have weekend and evening availability.
