Boba Barista/Cashier

*Need to be available to work some closing shifts and weekends

STIX Team Members must:

• Be FRIENDLY to all customers (ex. Saying ‘Thank You’ when giving out orders)
• Provide EXCELLENT customer service
• Have no task is too big or small” mentality
• Handle food safely and follow health codes and guidelines
• Prepare food consistently based on recipes
• Work well in a team setting
• Have ability to multi-task efficiently
• Ability to work in a BUSY environment
• Keep work area clean, sanitized, organized
• Be able to lift up to 25-50 pounds

Other requirements:

• Have a minimum of half – 1 year of food/beverage experience
• Must be responsible, always on time, and prioritize cleanliness

Responsibilities:

• Take orders through POS system, assist customers
• Prepare boba and corndog batter – following recipe precisely
• Help Package food items accurately
• Food Prep
• Make boba drinks, help customers, answer phones
• Keep work areas clean and organized
• Daily cleaning tasks – mop, sweep, wipe clean, etc…
• Dishwashing

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.47 – $21.00 per hour

Restaurant type:

• Fast casual restaurant
• Quick service & fast food restaurant

• Day shift

Weekly day range:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
