Full job description
Starting at: $24.00+ per hour!! **this includes $17.70 base pay + tips estimated at $5-$8 per hour. Starting base rate range reflects part or full time status.
We’re looking for amazing individuals to provide exceptional hospitality at our buzzing community café in Downtown Redwood City! We’re looking for folks who want to share their passion for great coffee & food and jump in wherever needed. We’re looking for:
- A demonstrated enthusiasm for coffee, farm-to-table food and/or a desire to learn
- Prior hospitality, retail, café or coffee experience preferred
- A dedication to creating impeccable customer experiences
- Strong attention to detail and healthy respect for cleanliness and sanitation
- Ability to communicate clearly and multi-task with ease
- Supportive of a positive work environment
- A flexible schedule with open availability

- Guest services: 1 year (Preferred)
- Barista experience: 1 year (Preferred)
