Job Duties:

  • Promotes the culture, values, and mission of Truedan
  • Provide great hospitality and customer service to all guests
  • Prepare ingredients in small batches
  • Prepare and serve beverages efficiently while ensuring each drink is prepared with the best quality
  • Have a detailed knowledge of all products
  • Comply with all Food Safety guidelines to ensure clean and sanitary conditions for tables, countertops, equipment, other work areas, and common areas
  • Work back of the house duties such as mopping, cleaning equipment, taking out trash, etc.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work space for team members and customers
  • Effective management of cash handling and credit card processing procedures
  • Management of inventory to ensure high quality products
  • Assist with kitchen duties
  • Other duties assigned


  • Prior barista experience is preferred but not required
  • Excellent communication and organization skills
  • Ability to effectively problem solve
  • Ability to work with a diverse team
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
  • Maintains consistent attendance and punctuality

Job type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00/hour based on experience with additional compensation of tips and store discounts

Monday to Thursday: 12 am – 8 pm
Friday: 12 pm – 9 pm
Saturday: 11 am – 9 pm
Sunday: 11 am – 8 pm
*Hours subject to change

Pay Frequency: Bi-weekly or Twice monthly
