Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and specialty beverages with precision and flair.
• Handle food preparation and food safety protocols to ensure high-quality offerings.
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS accurately for transactions, cash handling, and sales recording.
• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders efficiently, and addressing inquiries professionally.
• Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick service without compromising quality.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area, including food handling stations and seating areas.
• Follow all food safety standards and health regulations to ensure a safe environment for customers and staff.

Experience

• Previous barista experience or background in the food industry is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn!
• Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous.
• Demonstrated ability in retail math, cash handling, and basic math skills to manage transactions accurately.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic approach that makes guests feel valued.
• Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced café environment.
