Back of House Team Member

Wage: $20/Hour

This is an entry-level position at Chick-fil-A franchise restaurant at Serramonte Center in Daly City. The Team Member is responsible for all duties pertaining to the restaurant’s back of house operations. Job duties include, but are not limited to:

• Cooking and Fulfilling Guest Orders
• Preparing Ingredients
• Food Safety and Quality Control
• Inventory Organization & Management
• Cleaning and Maintaining the Restaurant

Requirements

• Non-negotiable factors: positive attitude, coachable, team player, willingness to learn & improve
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must have reliable mode of transportation to and from work
• Basic English speaking/reading skills required (Fluency in Spanish is a plus)
• Must be willing and able to work inside and outside of the restaurant as needed
• Must be willing and able to work in an fast-paced environment
• Must be willing and able to work on your feet for the entirety of your shift

Required Minimum Availability

• Opening 6am-11am
• Lunch 11am-4pm
• Midday 3pm-8pm
• Closing 6pm-11pm
• Friday/Saturday availability is required

Requisitos

• Factores no negociables: actitud positiva, capacidad de ser enseñado, trabajo en equipo, disposición para aprender y mejorar
• Debe tener al menos 18 años de edad
• Debe tener un medio de transporte confiable de ida y vuelta al trabajo
• Se requieren habilidades básicas de habla/lectura en inglés (fluidez en español es una ventaja)
• Debe estar dispuesto y ser capaz de trabajar dentro y fuera del restaurante según sea necesario
• Debe estar dispuesto y ser capaz de trabajar en un ambiente de ritmo rápido
• Debe estar dispuesto y ser capaz de trabajar de pie durante todo su turno
