Full Job Description

Green Hills Country Club, an upscale private club in the peninsula is seeking a part-time to full-time Administrative Assistant for the front desk/reception area.

Job duties include:

  • Greet members and guests in personable and professional manner
  • Answer and route phone calls
  • Create marketing materials and signage for events, tournaments, and dining services
  • Assist General Manager with administrative tasks and club communications
  • Maintain Club website
  • Prepare and send Club email announcements and RSS notifications
  • Enter in member dining and event reservations
  • Maintain presentable appearance of front desk and office
  • Order and organize office supplies
  • Create and keep record of gift certificates
  • Organize outgoing mailings to membership
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail
  • Point of sale posting
  • Invoice entry
  • AP check filing

The ideal candidate is a highly personable self-starter who can multi-task with effective time management, and exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Experience in accounting, and desktop publishing products such as Adobe and Microsoft are a plus. The Administrative Assistant’s schedule is Tuesday-Friday: 9am-5pm.
