We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide support to ensure efficient operation in our office environment.

Duties:

  • Photocopy/compile receipt packets from registers for accounting department & audit file daily
  • Develop/maintain total sales summary for golf and restaurant daily
  • Route invoices for signature and ensure proper approval prior to submitting to accounting
  • Develop/maintain spreadsheet for food cost data tracking
  • Provide administrative support by way of photocopy, email, scan, phone calls, etc.
  • Other special project assignments as needed
